The whole process is designed to take a few minutes. You stay in control of every product, price and key while we handle traffic, presentation and discovery.

Create in DigiSeller
Start by creating your product inside your own DigiSeller account. Set the title, description, price, delivery method and any region or version restrictions. You keep full ownership of the listing, the stock and the revenue settings. Wolbity Offline never asks for access to your dashboard or your keys.

Submit to Wolbity Offline
Copy the DigiSeller product ID and paste it into our submission form. Pick the most relevant category section — this is how buyers will browse it. Read and accept the Agency Agreement so both sides understand the terms of placement, promotion and commission. You can add an email so our editorial team can reach you if anything needs clarification.

Go live
Our editors review the submission for quality, imagery and policy compliance. Most listings are approved within a few hours, rarely longer than a day. Once live, your product appears in curated category rails, search results and featured spots. When a buyer clicks Buy Now they are sent straight to DigiSeller checkout and delivery under your account.

Agency agreement
General provisions
This Agency Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") governs the terms of interaction between the owner of the Wolbity Offline website (the "Agent") and persons posting information about digital goods for their sale (the "Seller").
The Wolbity Offline website is an information resource designed to post information about digital products and attract potential buyers.
The Agent provides services for the placement and promotion of information about the Seller's products under the terms of this Agreement.
The Agent is not the seller of the goods, their manufacturer, copyright holder or buyer, and does not become a party to the contracts concluded between the Seller and the Buyers.
Seller
A Seller may be any individual or legal entity that has the necessary legal capacity and rights to sell digital goods, and is registered in the DigiSeller system or uses other legal technical means to sell and deliver digital goods to buyers.
The Seller independently determines the terms of sale of goods, including price, payment methods and the procedure for delivering the goods to the buyer.
The Seller acts on their own behalf and in their own interests.
Agent (Wolbity Offline)
The Agent provides the Seller with agency services for information placement and promotion of goods.
The Agent is not the seller of the goods, their manufacturer, copyright holder or buyer.
The Agent does not become a party to the contracts concluded between the Seller and the Buyers.
Posting information about products
Information about the product is posted on the Wolbity Offline website based on information provided by the Seller.
The Agent does not participate in the formation of the content of the digital product and does not have and cannot have the technical and/or actual ability to access its content, files, keys, accounts, subscriptions, or other elements of the product.
The Agent places information about a product without conducting a special examination of its content and legal status.
Seller's warranties and obligations
By posting information about a product, the Seller confirms that:
- they have all the necessary rights and powers to distribute and sell the product;
- the product complies with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, the CIS countries and the European Union;
- the product does not violate the rights of third parties, including copyright and related rights;
- the sale of goods is carried out for legal purposes.
The Seller is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and the legality of the goods offered.
Prohibited goods
The Wolbity Offline website does not allow the placement of goods specified in the List of prohibited goods.
The Seller undertakes to familiarize themselves with the specified List and comply with its requirements when placing goods.
Settlements with buyers and agency fees
All settlements between the Seller and the Buyer are carried out by the Seller independently and directly, without the participation of the Agent.
The Agent does not participate in payment processing, does not process payment information, and is not involved in refunds or financial disputes.
If the buyer was attracted through the Wolbity Offline website, the Seller pays the Agent an agency fee. The amount and procedure for payment of the agency fee are determined by the conditions established by the Seller and the Agent.
Responsibility of the parties
Each Party is responsible for the fulfillment of its obligations in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law.
The Seller independently regulates relations with buyers and third parties related to the sale of goods.
Final provisions
This Agreement enters into force upon its acceptance by the Seller and remains valid for the entire period of use of the Wolbity Offline services.
Use of the Wolbity Offline website signifies the Seller's agreement with the terms of this Agreement.
Appendices — List of prohibited goods
Sellers must not place goods that violate applicable law or third-party rights, including but not limited to: pirated software, cracked accounts, stolen credentials, adult content involving minors, weapons, drugs, malware, and any other goods restricted by the legislation of the applicable jurisdictions.
