Refund & delivery policy

Orders are delivered automatically the moment payment clears — normally within seconds. Delivery is electronic, worldwide, and always free of charge.

Because account credentials and keys are revealed immediately, delivered items cannot be returned once accessed. Returns are therefore not accepted for successfully delivered digital goods.

If an item is not delivered, is invalid, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a full refund. Open a dispute from your DigiSeller purchase page and the payment platform arbitrates between you and the seller.

Payments, refunds and dispute arbitration are handled by DigiSeller. Use the chat on the listing to reach the seller first; if unresolved, escalate the dispute on your purchase page and a decision is issued after review.
